After a brief consultation, a personalized session is crafted to address pain issues and repair strained muscles, offering relief from both physical and mental stress.

30 min. Massage treatment - 290 kr.

60 min. Full Body treatment - 580 kr.

90 min. Massage Therapy treatment - 850 kr.

Mat Pilates Body Alignment

for preventing pain and work-related musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs)

Specialized classes designed to alleviate discomfort due to office work and promote long-term well-being by enhancing posture through targeted strength exercises.

Class - 5 pack progressive class for beginners - 750kr

Pilates 1:1 Training - private session or combined with massage session at hourly rate - 580kr.

My passion is a hands on approach with my clientele, helping improve their quality of life through effective body based therapies and integrative wellness.

Simply put, my focus is on removing blockages in the muscular tissue, optimizing the body's natural flow to promote pain relief, reduce stress, and to then build strength where the problematic issues lie, improving the overall functionality and well-being of the body, mind, and self.

After twenty four years in the wellness industry specialising in stress and pain management and several years of extensive experience in large luxury spas, I have developed a relaxing, less invasive approach to achieving and maintaining results while enhancing my clients’ body awareness.

Each session is expertly tailored to the specific needs of the individual using a  blend of skill sets to calm the nervous system while gradually incorporating the most effective techniques. Sports massage, Swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, zone therapy, reiki, breathwork, meditation, pilates and all other methods I’ve studied over the past two decades are drawn from and adapted to achieve a more thorough style of bodywork therapy and personalized complementary care with proven benefits.
